I have placed an order but have not received an order confirmation.

You will be sent an order confirmation to the email supplied when the order has been manually processed by our team. If you have not received an order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order or are otherwise concerned that your confirmation email has not arrived, please submit a contact form with your order number and the email address associated with the order, and we will investigate this for you.
