Ferrosol is a high-quality lubricant designed to penetrate close tolerances, free rusted together parts, displace water, restore electrical circuits and provide corrosion protection. Ferrosol contains unique molecules which, when subject to friction, bond electrochemically to metal surfaces, providing an effective barrier to wear. Independent laboratory tests confirm Ferrosol’s ability to massively outperform competing products.
So significant is Ferrosol’s anti-wear ability that the product is ideal for use in drilling, tapping and reaming to prolong tool life.
Ferrosol proves invaluable in applications where its extreme pressure capabilities and low surface tension allow it to penetrate and lubricate otherwise difficult to reach moving parts. As an example, injection mould ejector pins will show a great resistance to wear and binding when lubricated with Ferrosol, thus reducing expensive downtime.

Here we see side-by-side the actual balls used in the testing. The left ball was lubricated by the competitor, the right by Ferrosol. The difference in wear spots shows the huge benefit in using Ferrosol to lubricate and protect moving parts.
Ferrosol also provides greater levels of corrosion protection. Here the salt-spray trial results are shown after 24 hours.
Ferrosol displaces water:
Look carefully at this steel panel beneath the standing water corrosion has begun to occur. Three drops of Ferrosol are made onto the water’s surface. Ferrosol rapidly pushes aside the standing water.
After 72 hours the protected site shows the level of protection established compared to those areas where the wateer remained.
How to Apply:
Ferrosol should be applied liberally to surfaces contaminated by water. The initial displacement occurs rapidly. The residual Ferrosol film will provide excellent anti-corrosion properties and can be easily removed by mild solvents at a later date if necessary. Isolate electrical equipment or components before treatment.
Ferrosol can be used to clean gums, adhesive materials, wax and tar from many surfaces including most automotive finishes. The product should be applied to offending marks, left for 10-20 seconds and removed gently with a soft cotton cloth.
For use as a metal working lubricant Ferrosol should be applied frequently to the work piece and tool. To lubricate apply liberally and allow to penetrate.
To undo rusted and frozen components, Ferrosol should be allowed to soak in for a few minutes. Rusted nuts and bolts should have a tightening force applied before undoing as this will “crack” the rusted interface.
Always follow equipment manufacturer’s lubrication advice when lubricating equipment and machinery.
